General Policies &   Procedures

Admission Policy:

Enrollment is based on classroom availability, age, and the order in which forms are received. Families must complete required forms and provide health records. Submission does not guarantee placement; families are contacted as openings become available

Attendance Policy:

Hours of Operation: We are open Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.

Absences: Please inform us by 9:00 AM if your child will be absent.

Late Pick-Up: If you anticipate being late, please notify us as soon as possible. A late fee may apply.

Health and Safety:

Illness: Children with contagious illnesses must stay home until they are symptom-free for 24 hours without medication.

Medication: Prescription medication can be administered by staff if provided with the original container and a doctor's note.

Emergency Procedures: Our staff is trained in emergency response, and we conduct regular safety drills.

Nutrition:

At Children's House, we believe that healthly meals and snacks are important for your child's growth and development. Families are responsible for providing their child's daily breakfast, lunch, and snacks. If your child has a food allergy, please speak with the director. 

Behavior Policy:

We believe in fostering a safe, respectful, and nuturing enviroment for all children. We use positive guidence strategies to help children learn appropraite behavior, build self-regulation skills, and develop strong social-emotional foundations. 

Our approach focuses on encouragement, redirection, and teaching problem solving skills, rather than punishment. We believe that every child is capable of making good choices when guidance and support in a caring environment.

We value strong partnerships with parents and encourage ongoing communication to ensure consistency between home and school. Together, we work to support each child's growth, celebrate success, and navigate challenges with patience and understanding.  

Payment Policy:

Timely tuition payments help us provide consistent, high-quality care for every child. 

• Monthly Tuition: Payment is due at the end of each month, before the state of the following month. 

• Weekly Tuition: Payment is due on Friday by 5:30 PM, before the state of the following week. 

Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges.
